Shipping & Delivery

We know that for you time is gold so we are committed to deliver your orders within a maximum of 72hrs. on working days (in Spain). Most shipments are delivered during this period but there can always be delays that do not depend on us or the transport company (holidays, strikes, orders on Friday)

* Spain: Up to 72 hours (3 working days) I work with the company Correos.es and CorreosExpress

* Shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Europe are sent through the Post Office. The package will be certified so that you can locate it with a tracking number. The delivery time is 5-14 working days (according to destination) Correos.es

* USA / Canada: 2-4 working days. DHL

*Rest of the countries: 7-14 working days. Correos.es

In Spain 24 hours , once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery notice. Correos Express will take your order to the address you have provided. In case it can not be located, you will be sent an email to make a second delivery. To the third notice you will have to go yourself to look for the package at the address that you have been notified. The pick up periode is 10 days from the notice.

In mononacomplementos.com we are not responsible for these situations and, in order to avoid it, make sure that someone is the address provided at the time of delivery, and that your shipping information is correct.

The company Deliver charges span extra fee for change of delivery address.

 

 

Refund

We are sure that you will be thrilled with your purchase!

But, if for some reason you are not satisfied, we give you a period of 7 working days (according to the date on the receipt of the order) to notify that you wish a refund, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.

To do so, you must indicate the reason for the refund by sending us an email with subject: "Refund": This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. besides indicating the order details: name, address, reference, product name, dates and amount of the purchase. The refund shipping costs are borne by the customer, we will send you our own shipping company to pick up the package. In this case the cost of the shipment will be of the same amount paid plus 4€ of management cost. We will also send you an email with the bank account number to proceed with the payment of the costs for the return shipping. Therefore we highly recommend that you are sure of your choice when buying online.

We will only take care of the payment of the return shipment in case the product sent is not correct due to our mistake or that the product has an original defect. We also reserve the right to refuse refund if the product is damaged or used. The refund of the money will be made once we have the return package and we have verified that everything is in its original packaging, properly labeled and in perfect condition, in which case we will proceed to the refund.
